Things to do in Miami, FL with kids

Miami is so much more than the expensive party city it is often seen as. It’s actually an incredibly kid friendly, teeming with beautiful beaches, relaxing parks, family friendly adventures and fascinating museums! 

There are so many fun things to do with kids in this sunny and vibrant Florida city AND (shhh…) it doesn't have to break the bank!

For example, did you know the Children’s Museum is free for everyone on the third Friday or every month?.  Or did you know that HistoryMiami, have Family Fun Days on the second Saturday of every month? (Kids under 6 are always free anyway!). 

The Miami Science Museum and the Gold Coast Railroad Museum also have certain free days!

Of course, this Florida favorite has a ton of other places to visit with kids!  During those hot summers there are attractions like the water fun of Grapeland, or the fun Duck Tours to enjoy. 

On those stormy days head indoors to Miami Seaquarium, or the vibrant M.I.A Skate Park!

Don’t be fooled by thinking a city might ever be too expensive.  There are always fun hidden gems that will make any family adventure just as wonderful for the parents wallet as it is for the kids fun metres!
