Fun Things to do in Tamworth

You can't spell Tamworth without “worth”, and with good reason – it's a city WORTH visiting!  It may be known for it's amazing connection with country music (check out the Country Music Hall of Fame!) , but in fact it is a city FILLED with very family friendly attractions perfect for kids of all ages! Love museums? Great! Because Tamworth has some great ones! From the automobile loving Powerhouse Motorcycle Museum (can you hear the engines already!) to the music-centric Big Golden Guitar, kids can have fun whilst learning! Love indoor play? Then head on down to Kids Zone Tamworth, or spend the day with the whole family at Tamworth Tenpin Bowl.  Great family fun! Tamworth is also in a beautiful part of the country, and kids can explore that nature in the Tamworth Regional Botanic Gardens, with beautiful walks and trails through the plantlife.
