I got a coupon for $5 off lift ticket from the ski expo. When I went to Wild Mountain to use it, they refused to honor the coupon because it's only supposed to be valid for normal season rates. I went early season and the rate was $22. The coupon does not have any fine print on it with any restrictions. After complaining to the manager, he wouldn't do anything because it's their "policy not to discount a discounted rate".what a joke..a manager can't make an executive decision here to admit a mistake and make the customer happy? Also, calling $22 a discounted rate for having 1 run open is ridiculous. It's a premium price for skiing early season.Goto Trollhaugen instead. They open just as early and is only 5 min further from the cities.

Great place to learn skiing or snowboarding! The staff are soooo nice and helpful! Dan helped me today. He is super patient and experienced! As an adult, I could learn to ski in a couple of hours, I am very happy about that. Thank you very much for the great experience.
