Ready to imagine yourselves traveling across the African plains, but don't want to leave Missouri? Perfect, because we're off to visit Wild Animal Safari, where YOU get to travel in the comfort of your own vehicle along 3.5 miles of paved road, and see some pretty amazing creatures!
Families can ride through the park in your own car, observe, take pictures and feed hundreds of exotic animals. It really is a safari experience!
If you don't want to use your vehicle, you can enjoy the experience from one of the Zebra Vans or the seasonal guided tour bus.
As you wind through 500 acres of natural environment, you will have a chance to see and experience so many beautiful creatures. Kids might be able to touch a Giraffe, or come face to face with American Bison!
Have you ever seen a Yakatusi, Nilgai, Rhea, Black Buck Antelope, Watusi, North American Elk ? After your safari through the drive through section, you’ll be able to tell your friends that you have!
There are over 75 species of animals within the safari park, and over 500 individual animals, so you might want to keep some room on that camera, you will need it!
Also at Wild Animal Safari there is a Park Walkabout area, where you can stretch those legs and see even more weird and wonderful creatures. The Wild Safari Park walkabout area is a zoo like setting is home to Bengal tigers, exotic birds, peacocks, lemurs, monkeys and so many more.
A WILD experience for all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. Wild Animal Safari is ready to show you just how amazing the animal world can be!

Don't miss the Park Walkabout Area as that is included in your admission, as is the one hour guided tour! Don't forget your camera!
Teachers corner
They LOVE to have groups visit! If you have 20 or more in your school group, just call at least 2 weeks ahead of time and they can arrange your visit!
Is Wild Animal Safari fully accessible?
You can enjoy the park in your own vehicle, so if you are able to be seated in a car, then you can see the animals!
Any additonal information?
You can't feed the animals from your own vehicle, but you can feed them from the bus with the guide
