About Washington Park

Washington Park is a super popular place in Portland for the family to visit, with not only park fun, but a host of other attractions too!

The park itself features over 400 acres of trees, gardens, attractions and playgrounds and 100 miles of trails, where you can really spend the day just having a great time experiencing a host of new things!

For those families who love getting out into nature, Washington Park has those trails where you can really explore the nature around you. Grab a map of the trails, because you can then make a plan to see the best bits of the park on foot!

There are places to enjoy picnics, or play tennis, or maybe some soccer! There is even an archery range for those budding archers, and a children's playground where the kids can use up all of that energy on the slides and apparatus!

Within the park too, there are some great attractions like Oregon Zoo, Portland Children's Museum and Hoyt Arboretum which shouldn't be missed.

Park fun for the whole family - and more!
