THE MUSEUM exists to provide visitors the opportunity to relate to the living environment of the early settlers from thousands of years ago in our Colby Site display of the earliest mammoth kill site in North America to settlers of the west one hundred years ago in our Time Traveler's Room with covered wagon, sheep wagon, sod house, and beautiful display of western tack, including the first full term governor's saddle.
