This super exciting aerial forest park is great for even those active kids as young as 5 years, where climbing and zip lining through majestic trees is what YOUR next family day out could be all about!
Located near the Virginia Aquarium, this 6 acre site features 15 trails that weave between the tree platforms, challenging even the most keen of climbers!
The platforms are all connected by cables, wood, ropes, and even zip lines - all to form bridges. These present a unique challenge of how to get to the next platform.
Don't worry kids, the trails are marked by the degree of challenge the offer, so if you're after something low key, they still have the perfect experience for you!
At The Adventure Park you can explore it on your own, or have fun with the family all around you.
You can choose the Three Hour adventure, with almost 200 bridges, or over winter there is the Two House experience

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at The Adventure Park at Virginia Aquarium?
The Otter Snack Bar provides a selection of snacks on a patio outside the Marsh Pavilion during most park operating hours. When the snack bar is closed, drinks and snacks are available in The Adventure Park store.
Any top tips when visiting?
Observers can receive a complimentary admission to pathways and observation areas under the aerial trails of the Adventure Forest and the Labyrinth.
Does The Adventure Park at Virginia Aquarium have healthy eating or Vegan options?
It's a good idea to grab some bottled water to stay hydrated!
