About Terra Haute Children's Museum

If you are looking for a place that is filled with fun, interactive activities that encourage learning of science and tech through play and experimentation, then welcome to the Terre Haute Children's Museum in Indiana!

The Terre Haute Children's Museum is dedicated to offering kids a safe and fun place to experiment, get creative, play, and learn!

Each of the exhibits feature something unique, that teaches the kids something new and different. Each of the exhibits are also designed for an age group in mind, so no matter what age those inquisitive minds are, they will be able to find something age appropriate for them.

For those under 4 years, they will love the Toddler Zone featuring padded floors, a safe play house, climbing structure and boys and toys perfect for those growing minds. Water fun awaits at Water Works, with a water table complete with dynamic water experiences. There is fountain programming, a river station and a toddler splash area too!

And let's not forget about those older kids up to 12 years! There is a host of learning fun for them too, with Build It - where kids and use LEGO and blocks to build houses and skyscrapers, and Sea Shell Discovery where they can take a close up look at shells of all different shapes and sizes!
