Six Flag of Texas was a vey nice place. My family liked it a lot. The only thing I would say that is disappointing are the line Ups on a Saturday/Sunday. There are no fast pass or gate jumper options available. Some of the major rides at a 3-4 hour way.Otherwise, very nice!

Got an offer by email to convert our individual pass to a season pass saving us 50%. Great idea. But link did not work. Customer service was worse. They could care less. "Not our department" was their answer. I told them the online support number would not get me a human until someone in India came on the line. Just a horrible experience. Never did get our season pass. Maybe 2015...doubt it.

The employees are rude and incompetent. They managed to misspell my name despite having a sheet of paper with my name on it. All employees acted disinterested and annoyed, even though the excitement of my first visit filled me they managed to turn it into aggravation. The surprising thing being despite the enormous amount of money they charge, the place looks shitty. As in peeling floor titles walls, inside not out. Honestly I wish it just happened to be a bad day but I regret spending so much money.

I hate 6 flags they're complete ripoff and they treat their customers like complete dirt. This place use to be great at one time but with all the new rules and everything its terrible now. This place is loaded with pig cops!

This place sucks. Horrible customer service, actually "guest service". They like to bully and intimidate guests. They will threaten to revoke season passes for minor issues. Supervisors at the park also are rude and unprofessional. The food is overpriced 8-12 dollars and up for one meal for a cafeteria food taste. This place needs to close down and Disney needs to take its place!! Also the restrooms are atrocious, park services really needs to step it up. They also really need to think about spending some money beautifying the park, the buildings are old, wood and paint is chipped everywhere, broken sidewalks which are a safety hazard. This place is just all around gross. Park president Steve Martindale sucks!!!
