Sacramento Children's Museum
About Sacramento Children's Museum
Sacramento Children’s Museum is a day of learning through play with kids through several exciting interactive areas that they can explore! In “Raceways”, kids will have a ball playing with velocity, gravity, motion, friction, and acceleration.
Head to “Waterways” and kids will find themselves experimenting with the flow of water, race boats, and maybe even create a whirlpool or two!
From water to air, “Airways” allows kids and adults to interact and explore how various objects are affected by air currents. Pretty amazing!
“My Neighborhood” encourages role playing and celebrating unique family traditions and awareness, and “Studio of the Arts” features hands on art projects and stimulates creativity. Phew!
There really is a lot of fun at Sacramento Children's Museum! BUT the fun doesn't end there!
In “Solar Car Racers”, kids will learn important principles such as teamwork, cooperation, and the amazing science behind solar energy. Their toddler-focused exhibit, “Baby Bloomers” provides an environment to enjoy safe exploration.
Then if you love nature, check out the outdoor Community Garden, which is a space where families can participate in seasonal programming to teach kids where fruits and vegetables come from and why eating healthy is important!
A day of fun, learning and plenty for family fun waiting for you in Sacramento at this museum designed JUST for kids!
