About Purdy's Macadamia Farm

If you're enjoying the sunshine and waters of Hawai'i, then you might want to explore some of the nature and culture too!

That's what Purdy's Macadamia Farm is all about! Located on the friendly island of Moloka'i, this 5 acre Hawaiian homestead features a macadamia nut farm - and it's pretty cool!

People have been visiting here since 1980, and each family takes away something special. If you are looking for a day where you can learn, relax, and enjoy the best of what Hawaii has to offer, this is a pretty great idea!

You can relax in the shade, and just chat. Maybe you want to crack a few nuts yourself, and sample fresh from the shell macadamias! Have you ever tried macadamia blossom honey? You can at Purdy's Macadamia Farm!

Kids will love learning all about the mac nut history, trying their hand at nut cracking themselves, and even learning some great ways to eat these tasty nuts.

Did you know that the macadamia originated in Australia, and was brought to Hawaii all the way back in 1882? And now 90% of the WORLD's macadamias are actually grown in Hawaii!

How amazing!

So why not take the family on a day out with a difference, and get cracking!
