It's time to hit the slopes at Powder Ridge! Do you have what it takes you hit the powder and show off those super amazing snow skills?

Powder Ridge is one of the Midwest’s hidden gems, and can be found just west of the Twin Cities. It's here the whole family can enjoy the perfect skiing experience no matter what age or ability!

With their 15 precisely groomed runs, as well as 3 chairlifts, 3 terrain parks, AND a full-service restaurant with a delicious menu, you'll be sure to enjoy the ride at this family-owned and operated ski resort!

Powder Ridge has been operating since 1954 - you can just imagine all the family fun that's been had across all those years! If you like to challenge yourselves, the longest run is 1500 ft, and they have a 300ft vertical.

Want something different? Why not try the night skiing that they offer EVERY evening?

If you're new to the slopes, Powder Ridge also offer skiing and snowboarding lessons as well as have open routes available, with lessons beginning at age 4 years with all levels of ability catered for. They even have a beginners' hill!

Additional snow sports at Powder Ridge include snow tubing available for kids over 42", plus there are 4 differing terrain training parks for developing those skills and confidence which is invaluable, with at least one considered beginner friendly!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Powder Ridge?

They offer cafeteria style dining in our Ridge View Kitchen with burgers, hot dogs, french fries, and soups. They also offer a more sit down dining experience upstairs in Chester’s lounge with a full bar, burgers, wraps, and pizza.

Any top tips when visiting?

Always check the snow reports before you go.

Does Powder Ridge have a gift shop?

Relevant equipment and apparel stores are available.

Does Powder Ridge have healthy eating or Vegan options?

You can bring your own box lunches, but they may not be brought upstairs into Chester’s Lounge. They do not allow microwaves, crockpots or toasters to be brought in.
