The Peoria Riverfront Museum is an interdisciplinary extravaganza blanding art, history, science and achievement to an educative thrill that will get everyone seriously thinking! The exhibits selections are unusual in that they vary according to the trending interests in the city, giving it a great synchronicity with current events and rendering it an exciting extension of the classroom.

These exhibits are always changing too, so there will always be something new to see!

Some exhibits might cover the Golden Age of Disney, or you might find yourselves learning about Ten Medial Inventions That Changed The World. Kids might learn more about famous artworks, such as the Mona Lisa, or it might be 100 years of theater history that takes your fancy!

It's not just the exhibits at the Peoria Riverfront Museum that will engage you. The museum is also home to the Green Screen Theater, which is five by seven stories high!! You may find yourself diving for cover when a 20 foot tall elephant charges at you, or you might duck when the F-14 fighter jet approaches you at the speed of sound!

The Peoria Riverfront Museum encourages students, pre-k to university level, to experience hands-on art, science, history, and achievement.
