The exhibits in the Pasadena Museum of History are always changing, which means you can see something new every time you visit. There is a lot to see as well, because the collection has nearly 1 MILLION historic photos, books, and manuscripts in it's collection. It also has an extensive artifact collection too, from furnishings, textiles and art. 

Kids can learn all about the events that have shaped the area over the last 100 years, and if you visit the Feynes Mansion, you can take a tour that will show case how people actually lived in Pasadena a century ago. We bet it's pretty different to how you live today!

Fenyes Mansion is actually located on the famous "Millionaire's Row", and features original period furnishings, as well as family heirlooms and an incredible art and jewelery collection. They offer one docent tour a day, so kids, get those questions ready because they are there to answer them all!

If you take the tour of Fenyes Mansion, you can also visit the Finnish Folk Art Museum, because it once doubles as the Finnish Consulate! This lets kids see what life was like in a 19th century Finnish farmstead, and it's also the ONLY museum of it's kind in the entire USA!
