The New Britain Youth Museum, founded in 1956, encourages children and families to explore the history and cultures of Connecticut and the world.

Just behind the public library, it's the perfect place to go and explore with your child where learning is made fun!

They have events across the year which are theme specific giving kids a chance to really learn about a variety of topics.

The New Britain Youth Museum also has a Children's Studio where they hold classes as well as programs on very cool art related themes, such as Stan Lee's Marvel art and Jackson Pollock. Suitable for kids 6-12 years old!
