This California park stretches out 162 acres, and is filled with attractions and activities where the family can have a great day out, other than just playing on the grass.
It's also one of the most popular parks in San Joaquin County, and when you visit you'll see why!
Did you know that Micke Grove Regional Park is the home of the Micke Grove Zoo? Nothing like that animal fun when you head to the park!
Wortley Lake is a beautiful three acre lake with a very cool water fountain in the center, that kids love to explore.
To take it down a notch, the Japanese Garden is great for kids who want some quiet with a beautiful Koi pond and Tea House. It's also a great way for kids to learn all about other cultures too!
There is a San Joaquin County Historical Museum on the grounds too, where kids can learn about the history of the area, and of course - the FUN in the park!
Micke Grove Regional Park feature a host of amusements and carnival treats, and those sporty kids will love the softball features, as well as the horseshoe pits.
Think that's all? Not in this park! The children's playground is always a hit with kids, and for that final challenge in your day, it makes sense to head to the 18 hole disc golf course!
