Kids will be literally climbing up the walls when you visit Metrorock North Climbing Gym!
Open a new world of adventure to your children that develops them physically, mentally and socially in a positive reinforcing environment. Kids are introduced to climbing through a series of games, group activities, challenging movements, and pure fun.
The great thing about climbing is that not only are kids keeping active, but they can see themselves improve with every climb. The walls are covered with different colored routes, each one coded on their difficulty. This means that kids can start at their level, no matter what lever that may be, and work their way up to the best they can be!
It’s a great sense of achievement when they get to the top!
Metrorock North Climbing Gym are great for those beginners, with classes that will show you the ropes (literally!) and plenty of kids programming too. If they love climbing trees and playing in those playgrounds, climbing might just be for them!
New England is actually home to the USA’s oldest climbing community, with world class crags for those outdoor climbers too, and so it’s a great place to get started!
They also offer birthday parties, as well as scout outings, and great for something to do on your own or with others.

Any top tips when visiting?
They hire shoes and harnesses and delay kits at the center, so if you don't have any of it, don't worry! It is an extra small rental fee though
Teachers corner
They have field trip options which are great for students for their sports experiences!
Any additonal information?
They close at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve
