About Lava Hot Springs

Have you ever sat in a thermal pool, where even if it's snowing outside, you know that you will be enjoying the warm water around you?

Well, that's exactly what happens at Lava Hot Springs! These world famous hot springs give the water here a temperature range of 102 to 112, which means that year round you can enjoy water park fun!

In the outdoor pools, kids will always get a kick out of splashing around on those winter days, watching the steam rise from the pools. The sidewalks and dressing rooms have heated floors, so there really isn't anything you need to worry about!

The Indoor Aquatic Center is just like your other water parks, but you still get to enjoy the geothermal water! This 6 lane, 25 year pool is fun for all ages, with an AquaClimbing wall as well as a diving board!

Make sure you try out the new water slide too, with a 60ft vertical drop with a maximum speed of 38mph! Pretty amazing!

Those little ones in the family will love splashing around at Portneuf Kiddie Cove, which features both an indoor kids pool as well as a 10 person natural hot pool. There is beach entry to the water features which include sprays, toys and slides.

So why not head to a water park with a difference, and enjoy swimming how nature intended in these areas, and try something special!
