About Lake Farmpark

Horse drawn wagon rides, milking cows, cheese making, and super sweet farm animals? Must be the very fun Lake Farmpark!

Lake Farmpark is a great way for kids to experience life on the farm, and see how certain foods are made. Now they will know where the cheese in their sandwich comes from!

It's a great place to spend the day (they have a lovely cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and snacks), and fun daily activities and events, as well as a visitor center with really fascinating things for kids!

Horse or tractor drawn wagon rides are handicapped accessible, and can be enjoyed daily. Always a hit for kids!

The Visitor Center has a dairy parlor, where kids can get hands on experience milking their dairy cows, and also also about machine milking.

They also get to meet the dairy cows and the very cute calves!

The Diary Processing Room is where they can see first-hand how cheese is made, and there is a fun exhibit hall with a quilt show, tractor maze and even a toy workshop!

Ice-cream making can be enjoyed on weekends, and there are a host of animals in The Arena - from pigs (and the sweet piglets!), goats, sheep and chickens, as well as horses.

Kids can also learn (parents you will love that!) at the Plant Science Center with bees, solar power and greenhouses - all part of the interesting displays that kids can enjoy!

Lake Farmpark is a super sweet experience for kids who can really appreciate what goes into the farm life, and come away with new animal friends and a knowledge of the outdoors!
