It's a place where parents can know their kids are enjoying safe, and clean, fun.

The inflatables are each themed differently, so you can move from one to the other whilst having a totally different experience. Ever wanted to bounce on a life size T-Rex? You can at Jump!Zone! ROAR!

You might want to try the huge, dual spiral slide, or challenge yourself on the oversized Mr. Incredible slide! Maybe it's the life size carousel bouncer that takes your fancy, or the basketball bouncer challenge is where you can test your skills!

We've had two parties at Jump Zone. Both parties went off without problems. The staff is nice and facility is clean, a bit hot though. We requested a room with a blow up party chair and were put in the only room without one. You are given a host for your party, who seemed to be a high school student. The hosts we've had, really haven't taken control of the kids or been able to handle the party on their own. My wife and I usually end up running the party, so not as relaxing as you would expect. The kids love the inflatables and the party rooms are nice. Turn off the ceiling fans for the cake :) I think they need to have a bit more experienced hosts. I'd go back but as a 2nd choice.

Who is in charge? My daughter attended a birthday party at the Jump Zone in Allison Park today. I arrived on time to pick her up and was unable to find her. After some searching, I found her but discovered that the parents who held the party had already gone home! There was also another little girl who was left behind, too. Luckily we found her father. I asked the manager what they do to ensure that the children are accounted for at pickup. She said that it is the responsibility of the parents in charge. That is not a good enough answer. In this instance, the parents in charge were very wrong to assume all the kids in their party had been picked up but I am sure that this type of thing happens more often than we realize. ANYONE could have snatched my child from the building and nobody would have been the wiser about it. There are many horrible things that could happen in this situation. I am so thankful that my daughter and the other little girl are safe. It only takes one catastrophic occurrence for people to begin asking, "what could we have done differently to prevent this?". For this reason, I am writing in hopes that the owner of that establishment will consider what I am saying. Jump Zone needs to take some steps to put a more effective protocol in place for the entry and exit of the children who are there for parties.

We took for granted that since this place was in Allison Park that it would be a respectable place to go. I'm not sure what the franchise owner's marketing plan is but they managed to fill the entire place with the dirtiest smelliest low class people that did not supervise their children that I have ever seen gathered together in one place. I cant imagine where they bused them in from. I couldn't get our daughter into the bathtub quickly enough once we got home and actually wiped her car seat down with clorox wipes. I know that to some degree they cannot control who chooses to come to their business but this was overwhelming. These people were clearly from far far away from Allison park and the situation must directly reflect who the owners are marketing to. The 12 yr olds that they had on staff there were obviously no help either. They were too busy giggling with each other to stop the older kids that were giving each other head locks and tumbling down the slides on top of little children. The place could be great if it were simply run correctly... Or if it relocated to the ghetto to match who it is marketing to.
