Of course, you're in Nashville, so we wouldn't expect anything less.

Open year round, this iconic museum of an iconic musician is a great way to spend the day with the family in Music City.

Kids can learn all about what inspired this musical legend, learn all about his early years and how he got his first record deal. (It's also great to kids to see that no matter where you come from, if you dream big you can achieve anything!)

The museum delves into June Carter and their incredibly strong marriage, and that infamous time in Folsom Prison (we all know the song!)

Of course, the music of Johnny Cash is celebrated too, from his early years thru to his final albums. If you are a music lover the Johnny Cash Museum is well worth a visit, especially in Nashville.  If you're not a fan of Johnny Cash when you arrive, we're sure you will be buying some albums on your way out.

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Johnny Cash Museum?

The cafe is open 9am - 6pm daily (except Christmas and Thanksgiving), and is a great place for coffee, breakfast and more!

If you want something more filling, the Johnny Cash BBQ is right behind!

Any top tips when visiting?

If you are eligible for a discount then you need to buy your tickets in person. AAA/Military/Senior/Student discounts can only be received by purchasing a ticket in person upon arrival.

Does Johnny Cash Museum have a gift shop?

From apparel, to posters, songbooks, photos and of course, MUSIC, the Johnny Cash Store (also available online) is a great way to take a part of Johnny Cash home with you
