The Hawaii Children's Discovery Center offers younger kids an interactive space to play using all of their senses, and to gain a better understanding of the world. They want to offer kids a "window to the world" beyond the shores of Hawaii, and it's pretty fun too!

The Hawaii Children's Discovery has six main galleries that kids can enjoy, discovery, and explore. But remember, kids - touch EVERYTHING! Of course, gently, but the exhibits are designed for kids to really get immersed in them. 

For those little ones under 5 years the Tot Spot is a stimulating and sensory filled environment to get those minds and bodies ticking. Kids can take a look inside the human body in the Fantastic You exhibit, or be a grown-up for a day in Your Town. Here, they can be anyone they wanted to be! Perhaps they are about to save a house from a fire, or change money at the bank. Maybe they want to be a star in their own theater show? It's up to you!

Kids can learn what makes Hawaii so special in Hawaiian Rainbows, and also learn the history from the plantation days to modern day, and also in Your Rainbow World just can celebrate the different cultures of the world!

Let's not forget about the Rainforest Adventures where kids can learn all about those precious natural resources, and why we need to take care of the environment. An invaluable lesson!
