About Glow Galaxy

There is a whole galaxy to explore at Glow Galaxy, with it's amazing indoor play for those active kids! Here, it's indoor play with a difference - as it's all glow in the dark!

The open play at Glow Galaxy has pre-scheduled times to drop in, which means you don't need a reservation, you just turn up and enjoy your day!

The glow in the dark play area really will give kids a play time that is out of this world! There are FIVE (yep, FIVE!) glow in the dark inflatables where kids can just bounce and bounce until their heart's content on!

It's great for those active kids, because even with all that energy they will likely be heading home exhausted!

Also at Glow Galaxy is a super fun mini-golf course. Do you think you have what it takes to get that hole in one? We do! Of course, you do have that added obstacle of it feeling like you are in space when you play!

If THAT wasn't enough fun, Glow Galaxy also have a super cool interactive game/dance floor that is specially lit, as well as soccer, football, basketball and air hockey.

If you book a birthday party at Glow Galaxy - something they are known for - ALL of these activities are included in there too!

Super fun indoor play with a difference at Glow Galaxy - 3...2...1...BLAST OFF!

We had our daughters 8th birthday here on 3/9/13 and we absolutely loved it. I had reserved it for about 25 kids but only had about half show so I didn't have to pay for 25 kids like the other review stated. The place is closed to the open public so it is only for parties which I loved. I didn't have to worry about someone running off with any of the kids and it was catered to our event only. I received a tour the day before and the lady was thorough in showing me everything. She answered all my questions and she was the one who greeted us the next day. We were about 15 minutes late and she called me to make sure everything was ok. We had enough time in the place as far as play time, eating pizza, eating cake, and opening gifts. There was even an option for goodie bags which I took so I didn't have to do anything. The kids loved the things in the bags as well. Our hostess even kept telling me to sit down and not worry about anything that she would take care of passing everything out. She even wrote down what child gave what gift and they provided me with thank you cards to send out. I would definitely have another party here.

I recently had a birthday party for my 9 year old daughter at Glow Galaxy on Sept. 7, 2013 from 2:15-4:15. Unfornately like D. Calhoun the experience was not so pleasant for me as a parent. I 110% agree with Calhoun that the customer service was horrible from the manger/owner and her daughter! When I arrived which was around 1:50 a few minutes before my party started, my half of my guess were sitting outside in the scorning sun because of the limited space available in the waiting area! Once I walk in to check in my party guess I was NEVER greeted by the owner/manager, so I stood there in AWE for about 10 seconds waiting for someone to say something. The owner and her daughter who also worked there looked at me as if they've never seen an African American before. Made me feel totally uncomfortable. Finally the hostess greeted me and introduced herself, very pleasant young lady. Finally after all my guess completed their waivers the owner made sure to tell me that I had 4 more guess than I anticipated. Per the party hostess I could pay for the extra 4 people on my final bill. Ok...thinking everything is squared away and we are in the play area, my hostess proceeds to come find me to say, you need to pay now for your extra guess, I proceed to say well i'd rather pay once during my final bill, and she proceeds to say ok I THINK that's fine but let me go check again. Once again my hostess comes back to say you have to pay for your extra 4 guess now, by this time I'm getting really frustated. I proceeded to go to the front desk to pay for my extra guess, not one time did the rude and unfriendly owner/manager nor her rude and unpleasant daughter say anything to me but how much I owed them. I swear they guarded the cash register as if I was gonna reach over and rob them. The owner harassed the hell out of me for $14.00...geesh. By this time I'm fuming but insist on remaining calm for my daughter's sake. If it weren't for the party hostess' I had I probably would have blown a fuse in the establishment. My daughter didn't have time to open her gifts. They held her gifts hostage until I finalized my bill and I had to ask for the Thank You cards that came with my package. Luckily when I looked at the card before I left the building and realized she gave me a stack of Invitations, so proceeded to return once again to the counter to ask for the correct items and not once did she apologize for giving me the wrong items or say a simple "Thank You", "How was your experince", NOTHING!! I promise as long as I have breath in my body, I will be sure to spread the word that I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY. The owner and her daughter gave off the vibe that I wasn't good enough to be treated like a human being but my almost $400 was good enough for their ignorance!!!!!! I hate this place and will NEVER step foot in it again!!!! Oh and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a TIP. I sure did....tip for the day...GO AND TAKE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ETIQUETTE CLASSES WITH THE $400 I PAID YOU!

TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!! If I could give three thumbs I would. I have to say this place has the WORST customer service EVER!!! From the time we toured the facility to the day of our party, I don't think we saw the manager, Brandy, smile ONCE! and she was my main contact.... The kids that worked there weren't half bad, ( and I do mean kids, as everyone aside from Brandy had to be no older than 17), although they could have been more enthusiastic as well when it came to interacting with our group of children in the party room, singing happy birthday, etc. Our Glow Coordinator, Cameron, did a pretty good job. He seemed to play well with our son and try to keep it fun.. HOWEVER, as a parent, when you are paying upwards of $400 for a party you don't want to have to deal with a manager that seems annoyed with you when you ask a question, being rushed out of the party room shortly after finishing cake and not even allowing our son to open his gifts ( I mean, they didn't even end the party with any announcement or thank you, they just began to shuffle the children out the room and roll our "present cart" out as well, leaving the parents confused). AND now on to the "present cart"....because they plan all the parties in a VERY short ( non practical) two-hour time frame, you are supposed to put your gifts for the Bday child on a metal cart in the lobby ( with 2-3 other bday carts) as you come into the facility instead of placing them in a secure reserved room. Needless to say the cart remains in the main lobby area ( while your party is in the back in the glow area) where everyone is coming and going ( other parties) not truly monitored and not taken into a reserved party room because someone else is using it less than 5min before you get access to it. That being our experience, one of our guests literally handed our sons gift into the hands of Brandy to put on his cart and it NEVER made it to the cart!! We would not have been none the wiser ( since we were not allowed to open our gifts onsite) unless had that same guest asked about our son opening his gift, at which time we recognized that it was NEVER placed on the cart and never made it home with us. We called the facility less than an hour leaving and spoke to Brandy directly, and after she CLAIMS to have put it on the cart and directing us to the owner, we still have no resolution. The bottom line is, the guests put it in Brandy's hands, not ours therefore she is responsible. Had we had time to open our gifts, instead of being PUSHED out, we could have caught it onsite and perhaps avoided the whole situation. Doesn't good customer service mean that you accept responsibility for your ERROR! Now my son is without an expensive gift from a family member and it does not appear that Glow Galaxy plans or cares to replace it. WHICH THEY SHOULD!!!! POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. This manager should be replaced. She has NO BUSINESS running a business and being the face of a facility. I WOULD NOT recommend having your party here. Its not worth the money and you might leave with one, two or many of your gifts missing ( and you might not even know it cause you won't be able to open them in front of the loved ones who bought them). Can you tell i'm disappointed??? FOUR THUMBS DOWN!!!
