Freestone Park a spread across 88 acres, and features a host of run things to do with the kids! If you have kids who have a ton of energy to use up - you need to keep reading!
Freestone Park features ball fields, sport courts, a train where kids can explore the park in style, batting cages for those future home run hitters, and fun playgrounds for those little kids to enjoy!
They even have picnic areas where the whole family can relax and have fun. Also located at the park you will also find an amphitheater, the Freestone Recreation Centre and Gilbert's Skate Park.
From the novice in-line skater to the extreme skateboarder, Gilbert's 22,000 sq. ft. skate park offers features that accommodate all skill levels. The skate park located in Freestone Park offers FREE, non-supervised skating to visitors. Sounds pretty fun!

The skate park is closed the first Tuesday of the month for cleaning and maintenance. Normal hours 5:30am - 9pm
