Flagstaff Nordic Center is a super fun adventure for the whole family! 

First and foremost, Flagstaff Nordic Center is a great place during those winter months when the snow completely blankets the area! Kids can strap on those skis and hit the slopes for winter fun!

For those kids who are nervous because they have never skied before - don't be! The Junior Nordic Club focuses on kids getting out onto the snow to have fun and learn the basics when it comes to cross country skiing through activities and games. Perfect for those kids of any experience level ages 7 - 17!

The other option to learn the basics is the introductory lessons which make cross-country skiing easier than you could ever think!

Accomplished skiers can still benefit from lessons to increase the speed and ability.

These lessons at 90 minutes and are for up to 15 people in the group so you will always get a great amount of attention! 

Not into skiing or want something else to spend your very active days? Of course! Flagstaff Nordic Center have amazing things to do with kids during your visit! 

Not only do they host super challenging athletic events, but they also host fun musical events! There are hiking and mountain biking trails on their trail system, as well as amazing hiking trails and adventures to be had in the surrounding areas.

Want to spend more than a day here? They have yurts and cabin camping available! 

So don’t let that snow put you off! Get out into that winter wonderland and take to the slopes and feel the rush of wind in your hair as you make your way through the trails!
