Flip, tumble, twirl and kick - that's your next day out at Flagstaff Gymnastics, and we're excited!

Flagstaff Gymnastics are perfect for those little ones in the family who want to improve strength, stay active, make new friends, and just do something FUN!

The gym offers both classes and open play, so there are plenty of options to choose from on your next day out as a family!

Let's start with Open Play! This is held once a week for kids aged 1 to 5 years. Here, these active little ones are free to jump, run, tumble, and play in the fun and exciting gym. There are obstacle courses to challenge, TumblTrak's to navigate, and a bounce house to well, bounce!

Let's not forget about the super soft foam pit too that's perfect for practicing those flips and landings. A great way to boost the confidence too! (Let's not forget it's super fun too!)

If your kids want to really improve their gymnastics stills, why not check out the classes at the center. They have great age appropriate classes, from Tumble Tots, to Tumble Bears for those aged 3 to 5 years. 

You will also find classes for various school levels, including specific tumbling classes where you can really learn the basic techniques of round-offs, tucks, handsprings, and lots more!

Parents - Flagstaff Gymnastics hasn't forgotten about you! Every Saturday night from 6pm to 9:30pm they offer Parents Night Out! Here you can just drop your kids off for a night of fun, and you can go and enjoy some time to yourselves - sounds perfect!
