About Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom
Kids - what's worse that having to choose between a theme park or a water park for that family day out you've been looking forward so much for?
Well, we say why choose!? Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom is TWO parks for just the one ticket, so you can have twice the fun with your family!
Are you excited to hear what these parks have to offer? We certainly are! How about...dinosaurs! Wait, did you think we were going to start with rides? Oh no....because there are DINOSAURS!
Dinosaurs Alive take you back in time millions of years into the world of these prehistoric creatures. This animatronic experience brings you face to face with more than 30 life sized dinosaurs, some even up to 40 feet tall.
You just follow the wooden path, and then you can learn all about how they lived, what they ate, and even how they protected themselves. Pretty cool!
And now it's ride time! If you want coaster that will make your hair stand on end, Dorney Park is certainly the place you want to be. You can be shot through the sky, turned upside town, launched forwards and backwards and lifted up nearly 140 feet. With rides called names such as the Stinger and Possessed, you know you are in for a treat!
Parents, don't worry if you have younger kids because Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom have a host of family rides, including train rides, carousels, ferris wheels and car experiences for those little ones. There is even Planet Snoopy which is a mini theme park JUST for kids! They can experience balloons, buses and their favorite Peanuts characters too!
We haven't even begun to tell you about how to make a splash at Wildwater Kingdom! With slides, pools and rivers, you can really cool off in that Pennsylvania heat!
How exciting does that sound!?
