About Redwood Discovery Museum

The Redwood Discovery Museum is a fun and colorful museum created JUST for kids, so they can enjoy a day of interactive exhibits and programs that promote hands-on, open-ended discovery in the areas of science, art, culture and technology!

All of the exhibits and games are there to help kids expand their horizons, and prepare for their future by fostering that passion for exploration and learning - sounds pretty great to us!

In addition to the games and activities found within the Redwood Discovery Museum, you can also enjoy under 5s playgroup every Tuesday morning, as well as Story Time every Wednesday afternoon - and that's FREE with admission!

They offer a Lego Club for those Lego loving kids over 4 years every Sunday (FREE with admission!), and there's even a drop off program Saturdays.

If you're celebrating a birthday, why not celebrate at the Redwood Discovery Museum? They have a great party package for up to 30 guests, and kids can play and enjoy a party whilst they learn and discover!

Does Redwood Discovery Museum have a gift shop?

The Museum Store is just FILLED with fun toys, games and puzzles for the kids to take home!

Teachers corner

They offer a 90 minute, self-guided field trip, and you can use their scavenger hunt to interact with museum exhibits! They require a ratio of at least one adult chaperone for every three children aged five or younger, and one adult for every five children over age five.
