About Discovery Gateway Childrens Museum

"Come on - let's play!" is the motto for the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum and that's exactly what you will be doing here!

There is over 60,000 square feet of fun, interactive hands-on exhibits, programs and worships where the whole family can create, learn and play together!

Immerse yourself in the giant garden where both adults and children work together to keep things "Buzzing"...because you're in a 30ft beehive!

The fun Kids Eye View lets children explore the big, beautiful wide world on a kid-sized scale.

The Story Factory is a fascinating exhibit on the numerous ways to tell a story, from the classic stage to the modern multimedia we have today - which is perfect to see before heading to the Media Zone where you go behind the scenes on the evening news, tell the weather on the fun green screen or anchor the evening news!

The Studio takes you into the worlds of the artists, or engineers, or scientists - and they all come together in this really fun hands-one creative space.

Fancy testing your skills as a pilot or paramedic? Of course you do!  Good thing there's a helicopter on the Terrace waiting for you!

There are special events across the year for you to participate in so keep an eye out for those, and you can even hold your birthday party there too, with two great packages to choose from.
