How about we start in North America - after all, we're in Indiana! You don't have to travel far in the world to see some spectacular wildlife, and lucky for you some of those creatures are right at your doorstep. See the adorable barn owl or the unusual turkey vulture, and don't forget your camera when it comes to those adorable Black-tailed Prairie Dogs!
Don't miss a chance to see the grand Bald Eagle or the Galapagos Tortoise either!
G'day mate - where do you think we're off to next? That's right - Australia! Down Under has some amazing animals, and at the Australian Outback exhibit at the Columbian Park Zoo you can hop along with the wallabies, watch your feathery emu friends, laugh along with the kookaburras and even see New Guinea Singing Dogs!
The Columbian Park Zoo is also home to a variety of Indiana native and North American butterflies, with the sculpture garden, walk-through exhibit and Butterfly Bog all great exhibits for the kids!
For those closer animal interactions, kids can visit the Family Farm with goats, mini horses, llamas, and domestic animals like chickens and pigs for the kids to see up close - and even feed the goats and "milk" a fiberglass cow!
Great animal fun at this popular Indiana zoo, where the animals of the world come to YOU!
