It's time for some hands-on fun in Alabama at Children's Museum Shoals where yes kids, it's a museum ALL for you! This colorful and fun museum is filled with interactive and hands-on activities that encourage learning through play - a place where kids can just be themselves, experiment, create, discover and let those imaginations run wild.

There are 20 "venues" within the museum, each one offering a wonderfully creative play experience for those little ones. Future engineers can work their magic in the Contruction Zone, or science can come to life in the Anderson Science Center, where experiments are encouraged!

Kids can be Kings and Queens in the Renaissance Castle, or they can "camp" by the Tennessee River, telling stories around their make believe campfire.

Nature comes to life at Tribal Trails, where kids can be brave explorers in the jungle, or they can hide with friends in the Cliff Cave!

Animal lovers might love the Pet Vet venue, where they can look after the animals there, or budding chefs might like to whip up "dinner" in the rocking restaurant, complete with a jukebox!

Let's not forget about the outside activities too! Kids can dig for fossils in the dino area, or pan for gems and mines (before heading back to the mine camp!)
