The Children's Museum of New Hampshire is two floors of just FUN!
If kids are fascinated by flight, then in the Build It, Fly It exhibit they can learn all about aerodynamics, as well as exercise their creativity!
They can engineer their old flying machine, or follow in the footsteps of scientists and inventors. Engineers in the making!
Aquatic life is fascinating, so why not explore everything that lives along the Cochecho River - which flows right through the museum's backyard! They can also learn all about how waterpower can harness energy, and learn about changing cotton into cloth!
Pattern palace is all about visual and textural patterns, where kids can enjoy some amazing colors and designs, including playing with the Royal Throne!
Those inquisitive minds can explore a Baby Butterfly Garden with soft sculpture elements, or discover animal puppets and stepping stones across the pond, and older kids can even become palaeontologists, and help dig for those prehistoric creatures - the dinosaurs! Have you ever measured yourself against a life-sized femur bone to see how big they really were? Now is your chance!
