Not only is the Children's Museum of Manhattan a museum JUST for kids, it's actually five fabulous floors of museum fun JUST for kids!

Located on West 83rd Street, the museum are a designation for delight, discovery and learning, giving kids a whole range of exciting experiences in the arts, sciences and also humanities, in order to ensure kids thrive at home, in school, and also within the community - sounds pretty great to us!

Kids can bounce, leap and glide in the Let's Dance exhibit, where they celebrate the important role dance can play in a child's world (and who doesn't love to dance!?), and families can learn how to create a healthier lifestyle together in the Building Health Every Day exhibit. Here, kids can crawl through digestive systems, explore the power of play with running and jumping together, and pretend to drive an NYC bus to a city park!

Playworks is great for those little ones up to 4 years of age, getting them ready for school as they build their physical, math, social, art and science abilities - plus there is a giant talking dragon! How much better can it get?

Seasonal fun can be enjoyed at the Children's Museum of Manhattan with a splash-tastic Dynamic H2O exhibit, with a downpour of water based play (see what we did?), and the museum also offer a range of programs for kids, from basket weaving to creating seed capsules!
