About Children's Museum of Lake Charles

Learning can really be fun, so if you find a place where you can learn THROUGH having fun, then it seems silly not to visit!

The Children's Museum in Louisiana is filled with unique, hands-on exhibits where kids can touch, feel, play, and explore. All of their exhibits encourage creativity, curiosity, and social skills, so it's great for their development!

With three stories of exhibits, there will be something for all kiddies! They can explore the Louisiana wetlands (without getting wet!) on Miss Sunshine & King Louie Shrimp Boats, or spend some time with friends on the Crabbing Pier!

Those engine loving little ones will love the Raceway, where they can watch those little motors at work, or they can enjoy a bubbling day of fun in the Bubble Room, where giant bubbles await!

Kids can pretend they are in a grocery doing the shopping in the freshest market in town, or they can learn all about the water system in the local area.

Feeling active? Why not end the day scaling great heights on the rock wall, where kids can test their climbing skills? It's a great way to stay fit and healthy, and improve their strength!

After that full day of fun and learning, make sure you stop and say hello to Iggy - the museum's own Iguana!

Challenges, fun, culture, learning and so much more at the Children's Museum in Lake Charles. What will YOU learn today!
