About Burning Rock Outdoor Adventure Park

Ready for some park fun on your next family day out? Well, we don't mean your average run of the mill park with a playground and tennis courts. We are in Tams, West Virginia, which means adventure in Burning Rock Outdoor Adventure Park!

Burning Rock Outdoor Adventure Park is where you can feel that adrenaline as you take on the 10,000 acres of ride-able terrain in your own jeep or RV.

Here, there are over 100 miles of trails, ranging from the "family friendly" Tams Loop, to the challenging Amazon. The description for the Amazon? "Enter At Your Own Risk". Are you up for the challenge?!

Burning Rock Outdoor Adventure Park has the trails to take your vacation from great to unforgettable. There are trails for every type of bike, atv, or utv. There are also trails for the novice, to the pro. In 2018 there are new Jeep and truck trails too!

The 70 acre trailhead is only a short distance from the town of Beckley, where there is a general store, campground, tents and wash rack.

They also have lodging on site, from tent sites, to glamping and RV sites, so why not make a full weekend of it and really knuckle down on the adventure!

It's great fun for kids too, as they can ride as passengers, and for the younger ones the more gentle trails are perfect.

So get ready for some off-road adventure with Burning Rock, where YOU are in the driving seat!
