Are you excited to see the best of Austin on land AND water - all of the same vehicle? Well, you can with Austin Duck Adventures, which offers an amphibious tour of the music capital of the world, where you can explore downtown Austin and the stunning Lake Austin!
How, you ask? Well, your "bus" is in fact an Unsinkable, US coast guard inspected, Hydra Terra vehicle that will take on a 75 minute adventure through Historic Sixth Street, Bob Bullock State History Museum, State Capitol Building, Lake Austin and SO much more!
Operating 7 days a week (with more frequent departures times over summer), Austin Duck Adventures are such a fun way for the family to not only spend time together, but to see the great city of Austin.
Kids always get a kick out of seeing the vehicle transform from wheels to water, where you can really make a SPLASH! The tours are super child friendly, and of course family friendly, so a great experience to bring the grandparents along to also!
It's always a good idea to reserve tickets in advance, as Austin Duck Adventures do fill up quickly - especially over summer.

Teachers corner
A great option on the Ducks is taking one of our group and private lake tours in Austin, Texas. These are fully customized tours. Each tour is 1.5 hours and the route can be customized. Food and drink is allowed on private charters as well as setting the pick up and drop off can be specified. Great for field trips - as can hold up to 44 people and is child friendly!
