The Alabama Constitution Hall Park is part of the Earlyworks Family of Museums, and is filled with fascinating experiences for them to be a part of!

Have you ever been up close to a spinning wheel? You can here! Take a deep breath...that must be the aroma of that freshly baked bread being prepared on that open fire. Feeling creative? Spend some time in the cabinetmaker's shop and see what it takes to create a masterpiece. Sounds pretty cool to us!

One of the great parts about the Alabama Constitution Hall Park, is that is gives kids a chance to really feel what everyday life was like around 200 years ago. They can visit with villagers as they are kept buys with their everyday tasks. How does life differ to yours now? (We imagine quite a lot!)

Did you know that there really is a history in the building? Back in 1819, 44 delegates of the constitutional convention actually met in the vacant cabinet shop, and arranged Alabama to be the 22nd state. Now THAT is a very cool fact - and just one of the many that you will learn at the Alabama Constitution Village!

So spend a day wrapped up in the spirit and history of this amazing state, and journey into the past in a unique and unforgettable journey! History is waiting!
