About Vancouver Aquarium
Come down to Vancouver Aquarium to explore the endless amounts of sea wildlife they have on show!
With a humongous 30 exhibits and over 50,000 total animals there to be seen, there's never a dull moment to be had when you explore this endless world of sea life!
Discover The Tropics exhibit, where you'll find yourself surrounded with vibrancy in this colorful gallery of creatures
You'll find small little Garden Eels that look like straws, to the massive Blacktip Reefshark in The Tropics! You'll also find some rescued corals there, very eco-friendly!
Take a trip outside to see animals like Sea Otters and Penguins, you can even see some of the Sea Lions in action at their Sea Lion show!
Come and visit their touch pools to get hands-on with some of the mysterious and vibrant animals of the sea! Animals such as sea stars, urchins and anemones are available to be seen and touched at this exhibit!
Throughout the day, you may get an opportunity to see a whole manor of shows that the people in charge of the animals put on! This includes watching the animals get fed
You may be lucky enough to see the Shark, Frog, or Sea Otter feeding
These shows offer you a chance to learn more about some of the animals there and get to see each animal on display in these shows in greater detail!
The Aquarium also offers you a chance to book an encounter session, where you'll have the opportunity to be trained in how to take care of some of the animals there!

School & day camps discount
Discounted rates apply to a minimum of 10 paying guests for organizations such as public schools, day camps, and not-for-profit organizations. Pre-booking is required at least 7 days in advance. You can contact the booking office for details.
