Get ready to hit the slopes, because at Ski Wentworth in Nova Scotia, they have everything you need to have a fun family day out on skis! Ski Wentworth has something for every skier, no matter how experienced. In fact, they have some of the most varied terrain in the Maritime Provinces - and some of the most challenging!
Wentworth is in fact 815 vertical feet high, and features 20 alpine trails for you to explore. They also have a 1/2 pipe, and a terrain park too. Then, whether you are a beginner or expert, they have a variety of trails that will be right for you.
The snow making system covers 2/3rds of the terrain at Ski Wentworth, so there is always a great cover for you, and they even have night skiing if you want to really do something fun!
If you want to get a bit more confident on the snow before you hit the actual runs, then the Snow School is the perfect place to head. They have a number of instructors for both snowboarders and skiers on every level, and great for kids over 6 years.
Ever wanted to freestyle ski? Ski Wentworth has that too! They also have a great disability access program.
If anyone in the family really wants to try something different, have a go at the cross-country or tree skiing - it's a great way to learn a new skill, and a whole new way you can enjoy the snow!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Ski Wentworth?
There is a cafe with hot soup, sandwiches and wraps, and lots of tasty treats as well as hot drinks! They also have Duckys where you can enjoy steaks, wings and drinks

Dave Wilson's Ski Shop is where you can pick up ski related products - great if you have been inspired to ski more!
