About Manitoba Childrens Museum
The Manitoba Children’s Museum exists to spark kids’ creative learning. For over two decades, they have been the place for families to play, laugh, learn and grow. As a non-profit charitable organization, they believe in the potential of all and provide an interactive environment that nurtures the power of imagination and spirit of self-discovery.
There are twelve exciting galleries that will spark kids creative learning with a world of possibilities! All are hands on with the latest innovations in education and creative environments that provide a powerful learning experience. The Enigine House will allow you to see insides of an actual train engine and conduct on your own!
The Illusion Tunnel uses forced perspective and you'll be tested to use your perceptions. There's even a plaform at the top to spy on all the fun going on at the museum too! At the Milk Machine you'll learn about modern dairy farming practices and the importance of milk in an balanced diet.
There's also lots of events going on throughout the ear. From exhibition guided tours to seasonal entertainment, there's so much to see and do. Remember to check the website before you visit so you know what's happening where and when.
