About Hudson Bay Helicopters
Hudson Bay Helicopters in Churchill, Manitoba has the distinction of being the oldest helicopter company in the Canadian sub-Arctic. For many years polar bear and goose research were the primary functions of Hudson Bay Helicopters. Today, tourism flights, fire suppression and mineral exploration also occupy their time, but not at the expense of the unique animals that brought us to prominence.
There are polar bear tours where you'll see them in action from the comfort of your helicopter. They can last for 60 - 90 minutes depending on the one you book and it'll be an unforgettable experience as you fly across the tundra and boreal forest. You may also see some seals, foxes and more in the pristine wilderness.
They adapt the routes daily to the migration patterns and have lots of hands-on wildlife experience and knowledge to provide you with the best experience. During the summer months you may see beluga whales as they give birth and feed their calves.
The tours are flexible and can be tailored to your needs, so just get in touch with them to book your tour!
