Dawson Creek Art Gallery 5.0 (reviews)

The Dawson Creek Art Gallery is a public gallery dedicated to the presentation, interpretation and advancement of the Visual Arts. It features both local artists and touring shows on a year round basis for the whole family to enjoy and get involved in. 

There are around 165 permanent works of art that represent the rich arts heritage of the BC and Alberta Peace region. Exhibits include a Relaxation Destination which is an intergalactic, mental wellness space lab featuring a bubbling ranbow fountain, star gazing and more!

The gallery also runs a number of classes for artists of all ages and fun workshops and art events for adults too! For the younger ones, they have an after school program and during the summer, a summer school of arts. 

Onsite you'll find a gift shop which is a great place to buy one of a kind items that are crafted locally. There's always lots going on in the local arts and culture scene too, so make sure to check out the website before you visit so you know what's happening where and when.
