You can hike along their numerous trails or explore the Simpson Copper Mine or relax by the lake on a summers day!
The Simpson Mine Shaft is a cruicial piece of Candian mining history and is located right in the town centre. It's open for guided tours during the summer months and you'll get a glimpse into what it was like to mine on the shores of Lake Huron. See a replica of a horse pulled whim, or walk in the footsteps of the miners down the actual sloop mine. To finish you day you can head to the gift shop and pick up a souvenir! Don't forget to check out the museum too and visit the dolls hours, slot machine and the unique yakaboo canoe.
