Let's start with what you know you want to know about - The Ginger Story.  Yes, you get to taste gingerbread! This tour lets you see how ginger is grown, harvested, and then turned into a tasty range of products that you then get to enjoy at home! 

Gingerbread isn't complete without honey, so what better way to complete the gingerbread education than to let kids experience the fascinating world of the honeybee! The beekeepers are happy to share the secrets of the job and of the hive. How is honey really made? Where does it come from? Kids can learn all about it on this tour, and then of course, enjoy tasting sessions in the Ginger Shop! 

Ahoy shipmates! What's this? Kids will love going "overboard" with the gingerbread man on a fascinating trip around the world! A fun water adventure where kids can relax and let all that ginger and honey settle for a moment before they get stuck back into it! 

And what Ginger Factory would be complete without the Ginger Train! This much loved historic train loves taking families out on tours through the gardens. 

The gardens are beautifully tropical gardens that are lovely to walk through, and there are shops and food outlets to break up your day.

It's very possible to spend a whole day at The Ginger Factory with the whole family, especially since they hold regular shows, like FREE holiday shows and food events!
