Sydney Olympic Park is vast and activities are commensurately numbered, with something suitable for all ages, so why not make it your next family day out destination!
There are over 50 listed activities specifically for families held across the year, including entertainment, arts, recreation and sporting school holiday activities.
Segway and walking tours, multiple viewing platforms include the Brickpit Ring Walk, an elevated boardwalk surrounding the pond, home to endangered Green and Golden Bullfrogs.
Walking trails, skating and BMX facilities, several clue following trails, tennis, disc golf, swimming, archery and flying trapeze also available, plus for some mental stimulation crack some codes in the spy game within the visitor centre.
Feeling the heat? Check out Splashers Water Playground where kids can swim, play, slide and enjoy fun water features sure to keep them cool!
The new Urban Jungle Adventure Park offers 50 challenging and creative physical activities up in the trees, with obstacles and features of increasing severity from nervous beginner upwards. Great for those active kids who love to monkey around, challenge themselves and feel a sense of achievement!
Some of the activities are even free, so make sure you get them in your diary!
