The museum is home to some really fun life-like dinosaur models, as well as full skeletons, skulls, and even animatronic dinosaurs! Don't miss a chance to navigate through millions of years of earth’s ancient history!
The family can enjoy guided tours of the museum, and even celebrate that special day with birthday parties for kids also an option, there is sure to be something for everyone at the National Dinosaur Museum!
The National Dinosaur Museum is home to several animatronic dinosaurs that move and make sounds when their sensors are triggered as visitors walk past.
We appreciate that some visitors may be noise sensitive, and we offer a quiet afternoon on the first Tuesday afternoon of each month from 3pm–5pm, when the animatronics will be switched off to allow for a more peaceful viewing experience. Over the ACT and NSW school holiday periods, we are unable to offer this service. We apologise for any inconvenience.
