From the infamoius big bang, right through to present day, the fascinating Museum of Central Australia showcases and explores the incredible geological history of the Alice Springs and Northern Territories area!
Located in the Araluen Cultural Precinct within Alice Springs, the Museum of Central Australia tells the story of the area's unique natural history, where kids can learn all about the incredible evolution of the landscape and the fascinating creatures that called it home!
The museum also houses the Strehlow Research Centre, which just happens to be one of the country's most important collections of film, sound, archival records and objects relating to Indigenous ceremonial life!
The museum is a fascinating day out for the family, and an educational experience for kids that they really will benefit from!
