About Museum of Brisbane
The Museum of Brisbane is a wonderful free admission experience home to exhibits that explore the evolving life of the city, as well as its histories and contemporary cultures.
Located within the iconic Brisbane City Hall, the Museum of Brisbane celebrates creativity and and those who changed history, to offer a deeper understanding of the area.
The museum reflects the city's people and passions, as well as the ever-evolving cultures. The Museum of Brisbane is actually Brisbane City Council’s leading history and art museum! How cool is that? It's a place where familes can experience the city’s vibrant culture, and be inspired!
The Museum of Brisbane (also known as the MoB) is home to a unique collection with focus on the city of Brisbane. The collection features artworks and objects that reflect the stories, people and history of the city.
Museum of Brisbane is also home to the Easton Pearson Archive and the City of Brisbane Collection.
In addition, there are an number of tours and workshops, as well as events, that you can enjoy to make your family day out even more fulfilling!

Do they have baby facilities?
Museum of Brisbane and City Hall are accessible to prams. However, the Clock Tower unfortunately is not. There is pram parking at reception.
Parents are welcome to breastfeed in the Museum.
Museum of Brisbane is equipped with a change table and nappy bins located in the accessible toilet on Level 3, City Hall.

Museum of Brisbane aims to accommodate for the needs of all visitors.
Museum of Brisbane is accessible via the King George Square foyer in Brisbane City Hall. After entering the foyer, turn right and take the lifts up to Level 3.
Museum of Brisbane and City Hall are wheelchair accessible. However, the Clock Tower unfortunately is not. Wheelchairs and wheeled walkers are available free of charge for use.
