What was once known as Parndana Wildlife Park, Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park may have a new name, but it's just as amazing for the kids!
Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park have created a place where kids can experience wonderful and special wildlife, that is unique to Australia and even Kangaroo Island. They have created an environment that is safe, very family friendly, and great for education, but also offer families an amazing hands-on experience.
Al of the animals on display at this fun wildlife park can be seen every day. Kids will love getting up close to those sweet baby animals too - of which they often have due to them being cared for as a result of being rejected or orphaned.
If kids are lucky they might have one of their baby animals our ready for a cuddle! It's a great way for children to understand what happens when an animal is injured and needs to be rescued, and just how important it is to look after our animals! They are so precious!
Then, if you just can't get enough of those eucalyptus leaf eating animals, you can join the animal keepers 4 times a day at the Koala enclosure, where the family can enjoy interaction sessions. Don't be shy when you pat them - they are happy for you too! Kids can also get a kick out of getting their photo next to one!
Throughout Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park there are also plenty of changes to get the family in some lovely photo experiences. From lizards, koalas to snakes, you can get right up close and get them in the photo!
There are some beautiful animals in Australia - so why not get up close and really get to know them, they would love to have you there!
