About Cobb and Co Museum
Cobb and Co Museum is home to the National Carriage Collection which comprises up to 50 vintage horse drawn vehicles including carts, buggies, sulkies, wagons and omnibuses, accompanied by educational information.
They do welcome children and it's made as accessible as possible to children with inclusions such as the Coach Stop Play Area which has themed imaginative play equipment, kids' books, a play carriage and a life size replica steed.
There's also an interactive element to the museum, so kids can get hands on with parts of the collection so long as they're respectful.
The museum has been restored to look like it did in the 19th century. Today, it features the history of the Cobb and Co coaching service in Australia. It is one of the must-see tourist destinations in Toowoomba!
They provide a variety of public programs, such as lectures as well as a broad range of kid-friendly activities. For secondary and primary schools, they offer different educational programs.

Cafe on site offering hot and cold snacks and drinks. Separate food themed play area within cafe with clear line of sight from all tables.
Any top tips when visiting?
30 minute guided tours are conducted at 10.30am daily, free with admission.

Is Cobb and Co Museum fully accessible?
Wheelchair accessibility is available at each entrance and area of the museum. From the Front Counter, you can rent a wheelchair for use inside the museum. It's free, don't worry. Wheelchairs with motors are accepted, too.

WOW! Something for everyone here. Took me back to my childhood and beyond.Ignited some memories that were hidden. A good few hours are needed here for anyone wanting to step back in time and see how "hard times" really were.A good collection of vintage coaches, carts and tools etc of bygone era.Hands on for the kids and some interesting workshops,Recommend for all
